Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Business Premium?
Business Standard includes the desktop Office apps, email, Teams and storage. Business Premium adds advanced security: device management with Intune, threat protection with Defender for Business, and identity and access controls. We cover it in detail on our blog (in Spanish).
Can you issue invoices in Mexico?
Yes. Bestial Labs is a Mexican company and issues CFDI electronic invoices in Mexico for licenses and services.
Can I change the number of licenses after signing up?
You can add licenses at any time. Reducing them depends on the commitment type: on annual plans, adjustments are usually only possible at renewal. We explain the terms before you sign up.
What happens if Microsoft changes its prices?
On annual plans, the price stays fixed for the contracted term. At renewal, the current price published by Microsoft applies, and we let you know in advance.
